You've come to the right place!

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for the efficient organization and management of office operations, including answering and routing calls.
  • Ordering office supplies, hardware and other required resources.
  • Support with simple accounting tasks, including checking incoming invoices and preparing invoices.
  • Participate in the planning and monitoring of project deadlines to ensure timely implementation.
  • Management and maintenance of documents, files and records.
  • Supporting the team in administrative and organizational matters in daily business operations.

What you bring with you:

  • You already have experience in office organization and administration.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • You speak German at native speaker level and are business fluent in English.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at the same time.

You can take pleasure in the fact that:

  • Your employment contract is permanent.
  • Increased holiday entitlement depending on length of service. Maximum 30 days.
  • We compensate for overtime with time off in lieu and use a time recording system for this.
  • Clear working hours (8 hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday and public holidays off).
  • 2 days home office per week possible.
  • You will work in a future-oriented, innovative company with flat hierarchies that is one of the market leaders in the DACH region.
  • Your desk is located in our sunny loft in Berlin – Tiergarten. Come as you are: Hoodie instead of tie!
  • Systematic and intensive familiarisation – including interdepartmentally.
  • Coffee, tea, water, snacks and all kinds of colorful snacks are always available for you. Company parties, sports events and corporate benefits round off our feel-good package.
  • Once a year we travel with the entire team to the HNS FutureCamp.
