You have questions?
Here are some answers.

Home game for HotelNetSolutions at ITB Berlin with the latest version of their classic OnePageBooking 6. Now in Hall 8.1, Stand 114.

Hoteliers are increasingly demanding their original role back on the internet: that of the good host. The “booking engines” of the hotel’s own websites are particularly in focus. “Today, the booking line is just as much a part of the hotel as the reception desk. Guests no longer make a difference when it comes to the perception of service,” reports Kristin Letz, Head of Marketing at HotelNetSolutions Hotels like The Eder Collections formulate their claim similarly: “A deeply honest, authentic host role full of heart and soul and passion is valued by guests more than ever. That’s where online booking that fits the brand vision plays a big role.”

But can good hospitality be programmed at all? HotelNetSolutions has been addressing this question for over 15 years. The answer is a booking machine that never wanted to be a machine right from the start: OnePageBooking. Instead of dispatching guests, OnePageBooking engages people in conversation. Along the way, guests book their entire stay on just one page – including city tour, spa appointments and travel insurance. The result: few booking cancellations, high conversion rates and happy guests.

At ITB 2023, visitors will be able to test the new, current version 6. OnePageBooking 6 now welcomes guests full-screen and in full size. “Booking on a site has never been more beautiful, more personal, more emotional” promises Björn Seidel, Head of Sales at HotelNetSolutions. He is excited to share the new booking experience and features with visitors to the fair. Andreas Gfrerer, owner of the oldest hotel in Salzburg, arthotel Blaue Gans, has already made his judgement: “A good hotelier has a deep interest in the guests of his house. With OnePageBooking, we succeed in conveying the philosophy of our house already during online booking.”

The sales talent VoucherBooking can also look forward to an update: in future, vouchers can be sent immediately via WhatsApp and e-mail. Alternatively, those who want to make their own vouchers can print them out themselves – including folding instructions.

Visitors will find HotelNetSolutions at ITB Berlin in Hall 8.1, Stand 114. Interested parties can register via the website hotelnetsolutions.de still secure a consultation appointment.
