Perhaps you have already noticed that we have a lot going on at the moment. We’ve given it some thought and would like to try out another format with you, in addition to our free webinars on specific topics: Let’s talk tech – The HNS Online Talk.

Ask us your questions. We will take you into the engine room of HotelNetSolutions and explain all the buttons, levers and control wheels in our Online Talk. Cleverly set rules in the rate plan, set up packages correctly, manage meta-searchers and learn tricks from the makers themselves.

We asked our support team: What are the topics that our customers are currently calling about most often? The answer was clear: Packages.

So we would like to take up this topic for our first HNS Online Talk on 13.07.23.

To do this, simply collect your question(s) in advance and ask them directly in Online Talk via the chat function. We will talk through the questions one by one by entering into an exchange with the respective customer. For this purpose, we will open the HotelControl and the OnePageBooking of the hotel from which the question comes in order to check the settings and adjust them if necessary. The meeting is open to the public so that all participants can benefit from each other’s questions.

FAQ:

Q: Can I attend the consultation even if I don’t have a question myself?
A: Of course you can also attend the meeting as a listener if you do not have a question yourself.

Q: Can you other participants then also see my HotelControl and my OnePageBooking or hear what I am saying?
A: Yes, this will be possible so that we can all learn from each other. We will protect your guests’ data and therefore not show your booking summary.

Q: Do I have to stay the full 1.5 hours in the appointment?
A: No, you can leave the event at any time.

Q: Will the event be recorded and will there be a handout?
A: No, the consultation hour is planned exclusively as a live event.

Q: Why is this new format being tested?
A: We hope to be able to answer our customers’ setting questions in a more targeted way. In a way that benefits as many system users as possible, so that in the long term we notice a reduction in the workload of our support team, which then has more time to devote to the very individual and more technical questions (à la: “Something is not working here.”).
