What positive changes have you noticed since then?

Since its introduction, we have seen a clear trend: the number of completed bookings has increased, while the operational workload in our day-to-day operations has decreased.

Processes that previously could not be mapped—or could only be mapped to a limited extent—now run automatically and in a structured manner. This leaves more time for what matters most at Schwarzschmied: the guest and the quality of the on-site experience.

Which features or services do you particularly value in everyday life?

The flexible handling of rates and restrictions is extremely helpful. It allows us to respond quickly to seasonal developments or changes in demand without adding complexity.

The simple and intuitive usability in everyday operations is also a major advantage. It ensures that processes remain lean and that the team can focus on what really matters.

Another particularly valued feature is the transparent display of available rooms in our partner hotels. This supports collaboration within our network and creates additional opportunities for cross-selling.
