Seven new features, in a nutshell. The RateMonitor has been completely redesigned – sticky, animated, and more compelling. For the first time, the upsell feature now offers suggestions for browsing multi-room bookings. Dogs are now welcome to travel on MultiProperty bookings. Canceled bookings automatically release vouchers. Batch downloads in VoucherBooking save your reception staff clicks. New filters make the order overview even easier to analyze. And a single booking code now unlocks multiple hidden rates simultaneously. Discover our new highlights in OnePageBooking 6 and VoucherBooking 3.
Award-winning: our new RateMonitor

There are two ways to win over guests: You can shout at them like a pop-up. Or you can present them with the right argument at the right moment. We’ve opted for the latter. The new RateMonitor appears directly below the shopping cart on OnePageBooking 6 – seamlessly integrated, beautifully animated, and most importantly: sticky. This ensures it remains visible to your guests even as they scroll. The RateMonitor appears whenever it’s advantageous for you: If your price is the best, you get a confetti shower. If prices are the same, your free extras become your trump card: welcome drink, spa discount, parking. Three short keywords with icons, and suddenly “same price” doesn’t feel the same anymore. And even if a guest clicks away the comparison, the RateMonitor remains as a small icon displaying the lowest price. Present, but not intrusive. Like a good concierge who stays in the background but is instantly available when needed.
Fancy a resale? Upward indulgence? Increased bookings?

Germans have a word for everything. Except for upselling – probably because “Would you like a little more?” always sounded better. Our new upsell asks precisely this question, and at the perfect moment: once the address has been entered and the guest has already mentally said “yes.” Timing is everything. And now it gets interesting: Previously, single room bookings only offered one upgrade suggestion. Soon, there could be several – presented as a stack of cards to browse. Picture, price, accept or move on. The upsell for multi-room bookings is also brand new: each room will receive its own individual suggestion. Would you like a little more? Usually, yes.
For all types of dogs: Dogs on the MultiProperty

Around ten million dogs live in Germany. And at least nine million of them go on holiday with their owners. If you believe their owners, they do so voluntarily. What has been possible on OnePageBooking 6 for some time is now also available on MultiProperty: dogs can be listed as travel companions directly during the booking process. Hotel groups had specifically requested this feature. Wish granted. Woof.
Finally, friends: Cancelled bookings and vouchers

There are tasks in the daily hotel routine that aren’t difficult, but are tedious. For example: A guest redeems a voucher, cancels the booking, and you have to log into VoucherBooking 3 and manually reactivate the voucher. From now on, the system will do this for you – automatically, as soon as a booking is canceled within the free cancellation period. Just activate it once with support, completely free of charge.
I bet you’ll love pressing this button.

VoucherBooking is a shop, and like any good shop, it handles most things automatically. But sometimes someone at reception prefers to buy vouchers in person. In that case, your team in administration creates them. And if things go really well, you might even create ten vouchers at once. Previously, each PDF had to be downloaded individually. From now on, one click is all it takes – all vouchers arrive together as a single file. A small thing? Perhaps. But we think of the little things, too.
He who seeks, filters.

The order overview in VoucherBooking has new filters: You can now search by redemption period: “Redeemed from” and “Redeemed until”. You can also now filter by voucher type: Standard, DIY vouchers, or Smartvoucher. It sounds unremarkable, and it is. But when you do your year-end analysis, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without them.
I spy with my little eye something you don’t see.

Every good hotelier has that drawer behind the reception desk. Inside: the better bottle of wine, the spa voucher, the upgrade that isn’t on the menu. Reserved for guests they know or for emergencies. That’s exactly how booking codes work. Only digitally. Previously, one code unlocked a hidden rate type. Now, it can unlock several at once. An early bird rate, a rate with half-board, and one with free cancellation – a single code is the key to all three. Whether it’s a promotional offer, regular guests, or a corporate booking: you decide who gets a peek inside.
