Your tasks:

Initial setup of our systems: You are the first point of contact for our new customers and accompany them from day one - from setting up our systems to going online.
Conduct training courses: You will conduct training courses for our systems, both online and occasionally directly on site at our customers' premises.
Provide support: As a true hotel hero, you will provide professional support by phone and e-mail when our customers have small or large user concerns.
Quality first: With your ideas you support the further development and quality assurance of our products - your opinion counts!
Contribute your expertise: You are familiar with terms such as IBE, OTA, BAR rate and conversion, and at Fidelio you think of more than just an opera.

Experience in everyday hotel life: You are very familiar with everyday hotel life, be it in reservations, at the front office or in revenue management - you speak the language of our customers.
