A new interface now manages the professional printing and dispatch of your vouchers. No more tinkering at reception and empty printer cartridges – more time for your guests instead. We are also introducing a new function that many hoteliers have been waiting for: From now on, it is not only possible to send vouchers as a letter, but also to enclose them in a gift box or gift basket. Here we go.
Online print shop sends your vouchers
Hoteliers are true jacks-of-all-trades, but we would like to take the printing, cutting, folding and franking of vouchers off your hands. Our solution for you: Each voucher is individually printed as a greeting card and sent immediately worldwide – including a dedication and your own photo. The paper is high quality and the print is flawless. The interface to our new partner MyPostcard is currently still in the beta phase. There is currently only a limited selection of fonts available inside the greeting card. However, we are already working on others. Billing is per voucher. You can either bear these costs yourself or pass them on to the buyer. You decide.
Good e-mails are standard.
Are you one of those hoteliers who are passionate about designing emails in HTML? No? We thought so. VoucherBooking 3 now has perfectly designed e-mail templates. You are sure to make a good impression in your customers’ e-mail inboxes. For all hoteliers who like to programme in the evening: The HTML code of the email confirmation can of course also be customised in detail 😉
A gift voucher can now also be sent in a gift box.
Until now, hotels were only able to send vouchers themselves as letters. But what if you prefer to send the gift voucher in a pretty box? Think of a voucher on a bottle of wine or in a box of chocolates. This is exactly what will be possible in the future. An example? A hotelier would like to send a gift box worth 20 euros. A voucher should also be enclosed.
