You've come to the right place!

Your tasks:

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers in all matters, including in our switchboard.
  • You know your way around a hotel (reservations, front office or revenue management).
  • You are responsible for the initial setup of our systems and support our new customers from training to going online.
  • You carry out system training – online and occasionally on site at our customers’ premises.
  • You are the hotel hero for our customers and provide professional support – by phone and email for all small and large user concerns.
  • With your ideas you support the further development and quality assurance of our products.IBE, OTA, BAR rate and conversion are no foreign words for you, and at Fidelio you don’t think of an opera.

What you bring with you:

  • In order to provide our partners with the best possible support, you need to be familiar with everyday hotel life, ideally in reservations, front office or revenue management.
  • You are a team player and share your knowledge and experience and you are well organized.
  • You are self-confident, eager to learn and have a confident manner.

You can take pleasure in the fact that:

  • Your employment contract is permanent.
  • Increased holiday entitlement depending on length of service. Maximum 30 days.
  • 2 days home office per week possible.
  • We compensate for overtime with time off in lieu and use a time recording system for this.
  • You will work in a future-oriented, innovative company with flat hierarchies that is one of the market leaders in the DACH region.
  • Your desk is located in our sunny loft in Berlin – Tiergarten. Come as you are: Hoodie instead of tie!
    Work-life balance: Clear working hours (8 hours between 8 am and 5 pm from Monday to Friday, free weekends and public holidays).
  • Systematic and intensive familiarisation – including interdepartmentally.
  • Coffee, tea, water, snacks and all kinds of colorful snacks are always available for you. Company parties, sports events and corporate benefits round off our feel-good package.
  • Once a year we travel with the entire team to the HNS FutureCamp.
  • If you do not live in Berlin or the surrounding area, it is possible to work from home on a permanent basis.
