What was your situation before working with us?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

As a newly opened hotel, it was particularly important for us to establish a professional, stable and efficient technical sales structure from the very beginning. This included, in particular, a seamless direct booking journey, a reliable connection to relevant distribution channels and the structured management of rates, availability and offers<\/strong>. Clear processes, fast response times and a reliable technical foundation are crucial, especially during the pre-opening and opening phases, as numerous systems, rates and interfaces must be set up in parallel and continuously adjusted. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The process has also become significantly more efficient when implementing new offers and seasonal promotions or making adjustments to direct sales<\/strong>.
