The webinar quickly made one thing clear: it’s not about individual tools, but about the big picture. Many hotels already have everything they need in place. What’s often missing is the connection between these tools and a clear strategic direction. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

A real-world example: Demand is identified, data is used, and campaigns are launched. However, guests are still being lost between initial interest and booking. Not because of the price, but because of the booking process. Successful hotels therefore rely on booking processes that are consistently designed for conversion, feature high-quality design, and guide guests intuitively through the process.
