Our revised GTC will come into effect on <strong>September 3, 2025<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class='gb-block'><div class='block-heading'>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why we are updating our Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><div class='gb-block'><div class='block-paragraph'>\n<p>With this adjustment, we are implementing new legal requirements and creating greater uniformity by incorporating regulations that were previously only included in individual offers. <strong>Our goal: <\/strong>clear, understandable terms and conditions for all customers, without changing your existing terms and conditions. The changes do not result in a special right of termination. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class='gb-block'><div class='block-heading'>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The most important changes at a glance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><div class='gb-block'><div class='block-paragraph'>\n<p>Our revision mainly concerns more precise wording and the inclusion of additional regulations on topics that you are already familiar with from our joint cooperation:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class='gb-block'>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class='gb-block'>\n<li><strong>Rights of use<\/strong> \u2013 clear definition of how our products may be used.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class='gb-block'>\n<li><strong>Storage space provision<\/strong> \u2013 clear information about what data we store and to what extent.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class='gb-block'>\n<li><strong>Maintenance and support<\/strong> \u2013 transparent description of our scope of services so that you know exactly what to expect.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class='gb-block'>\n<li><strong>Haftung <\/strong>\u2013 Anpassung an aktuelle gesetzliche Vorgaben.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class='gb-block'>\n<li><strong>Confidentiality obligation <\/strong>\u2013 even stronger protection of confidential information.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class='gb-block'>\n<li><strong>Data protection<\/strong> \u2013 update in accordance with the GDPR and new regulations.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class='gb-block'>\n<li><strong>Final provisions <\/strong>\u2013 formal additions for greater legal certainty.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div><div class='gb-block'><div class='block-paragraph'>\n<p><strong>The changes primarily<\/strong> <strong>bring greater clarity, transparency, and legal certainty<\/strong> for both parties.
